We keep things pretty simple here.
If there's an issue (breakage/defective product) within the first 90 days of purchase we'll replace it OR get you an RMA number from the manufacturer to have it sent in for repair/replacement. We'll discuss the options with you and let you make that decision.
If there's an issue (breakage/defective product) after 90 days of purchase we'll help facilitate the return/exchange with the manufacturer on your behalf so you don't have to go through the often long and frustrating process yourself.
U Outdoors Branded Products
Our U Cam trail camera carries a 1 year warranty, basically if it stops working we'll replace it or give you store credit towards something else. If the camera gets destroyed/broken due to an outside force (like a hammer, tractor tire, angry bear, etc..) that is not covered under the warranty.
Our Bedrock seed products have a no return policy since it's seed and seed has a limited shelf life with outside conditions affecting it. However if you provide proof of damage from shipping (picture) or if you provide proof of the planting conditions BEFORE and AFTER a failed planting (video would be great, basically document this well) and we determine that the conditions (soil, timing, moisture were adequate) then we will replace or give you store credit for the failed planting. We stand behind our seed, there're just a ton of variables to account for, we used to be farmers so we know those well.
